I was truly impressed by the elegant and tasteful decoration of the hotel. The beautiful wall pictures added a touch of sophistication to the ambiance, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were meticulously kept and provided a comfortable and accessible environment for senior people like myself. I appreciated how well-maintained and clean everything was, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have loved to see more staff members who are knowledgeable and experienced in catering to the needs of older guests. While the children working there were generally polite, I believe that having staff trained specifically in assisting elderly guests would enhance the overall experience and ensure that the unique requirements of older travelers are met with understanding and empathy.

It was really nice time in Baku. The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was amicable and nice. Everything was good, even so a few employees were very very bad. The rooms were all neat with good view.

Lastly, the breakfast provided a wide range of options and was served with great attention to detail. Oh, and the location near Elmlar Academy metro station was perfect for getting around the city easily.
